Asking Around For You

I simply registered just to write this review, a 1st for me. Oddly enough, this is the only song I currently know of Mr. Bonamassa. Listening to Sirius one night this song came on. Half-way through the song, I HAD to jump-up, run across the room & find out the name of the song as well as the artist! Of course, next thought was, PAPER...I need PAPER-what kind of last name is THAT...lol. I immediately downloaded it & LOVE it so very much. Just what I needed, when I needed it. I had just lost the two closest & dearest friends in my life, my Dad & Grandmother. This song makes me smile on the inside & outside, everytime I listen to it. Awesome bluesy feel with beautiful guitar & piano/keyboards, only overshadowed by a spectacular full-bodied, yet raw/edgy voice (I'm so jealous). I can't help but think of the ones I personally miss the most in my life, "findin a place up there, where we could all sit & talk awhile, play some cards & drink black coffee". Oh, how I'd love to see their smiles! THANK YOU JOE, for putting a smile, happy thoughts, and most of all....an unforgetable tune in my head when I'm feeling low. Hugs & Kisses,
